Real Estate Investment Company is looking for Property Evaluators (No Experience necessary) for the Jacksonvile area. Must have reliable transportation and access to Smartphone/camera and computer with a high-speed Internet connection. Job duties include but are not limited to: - Coordinating appointment to meet with owners/property managers - Visually inspecting interior and exterior of properties - Evaluating property for condition including landscaping, exterior paint, roof, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and HVAC - Taking pictures of property and uploading to Dropbox or sending pictures via email - Putting lock boxes at properties. - Driving targeted subdivisions with the intent of locating distressed, vacant and/or abandoned properties. Job hours are flexible and vary daily based upon the number of homes inspected. Typical number of homes inspected weekly range from 3-8. 50$ per property inspection. 1.5$ per lead.
