Like the title says, I am looking to rescue a small lizard, be it a gecko or other species, so that I can give it a great home.:) I was considering buying a yellow headed dwarf gecko from a breeder, but I thought I would try my luck here first to help an animal who's owner can no longer provide for it or who has moved on to other things. I have everything I need (substrate, enclosure, lighting), minus decor until I know for sure which animal I will be receiving. I own a giant day gecko and have had leopards in the past, so I am familiar with tropical and arid though I thoroughly research to make sure care requirements are 100%. Small is best as I have the 10 gallon that I can convert to a tall, or leave as is. Let me know what you have and I am no judgement, situations change in life that can make ownership no longer a priority and it makes me happy to help the animal and the owner to be in better spirits.
