We are looking for a Pavement Marking Technician II to join our team! Ability to read and understand basic striping plans and perform needed layout including intersections markings. Ability to communicate with the contractor's rep., the field inspector, and all field personnel under your supervision. Ability to complete daily required paperwork. This includes accurately logging all yield conversions and verification of meeting required specifications. • Implement striping plans and Perform needed layout including intersections markings • Install Preformed Plastic and Preformed Thermoplastic to job specification • Operate and maintain all hand equipment including milling equipment • Operate and maintain paint trucks • Install temporary pavement markings • Follow all safety rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment (work boots – 6 inch with safety toe, hard hat and safety vest) • Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures • Complete daily paperwork accurately • Work well in a team environment • Provide highest level of customer service to all customers • Excellent attendance required, dependable transportation, good work ethic • All other duties as assigned Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) plans with company match • Tuition Reimbursement • Paid Time Off • Company paid GED program • HSA • 2nd Chance Employer Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED • Pass a drug test • Must have valid Driver’s License • Ability to participate and pass Company Sponsored Flagger Certification • Must be able to obtain a CDL Class B within 60 days of employment • Must have or be able to obtain an ATSSA TCT Certification • Must be or be able to obtain ATSSA Pavement Marking Tech Certification (if state requires) • First Aid and CPR Certification • Defensive Driver Training • Forklift Certification • TMA Operation and Certification • Slica Training • HCSS Heavy Construction Systems Specialists • Hold Hazardous Materials Certification We are an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
