Description
Property manager seeks “Skilled Handyman” "Right Handyman" and "Jack of all Trades" to help with general maintenance, service properties and turnover of our 40 plus apartments in South Portland and Scarborough area.
Our ideal candidate should be self-motivated, ability to work independently, and flexible. Candidate must have own tools, reliable transportation and must be able to pass a background check.
Seeking some prior experience general repairs and building maintenance work includes.
Handyman: Yard-work/landscaping, Lawn mowing, clean up, trash outs, cleaning, pump out basements, demo, painting, winters, de-winters, and lock changes.
Skilled: Light carpentry, tile, drywall repair and replacement, electric minor, minor plumbing, securing, roof repairs, furnace and heating repairs, and much more.
Drivers license and vehicle an absolute must. Non-smoker preferred as all of our properties are non-smoking.
