Hello I am looking for an experienced, mature bass player that can sing harmony, for a trio (guitar/bass/drums) with a strong focus on good songs and vocals. I do my own arrangements of songs culled from artists such as: Ry Cooder, David Lindley; Louie Jordan; BB King; Dr. John; Fats Domnio; Elvin Bishop; Asleep at the Wheel; Everly Bros., the Band (NOTE: Not ‘oldies’). Shades of blues, R&B, New Orleans. In it for making good music, fun, audience connection, NOT for the money (although there is pay). Gig a couple times per month, more at times. Looking for someone willing to put in effort to learn repertoire, get tight. Looking for quality, dependable musician. Please send samples/links.
