Skilled Labor/Contractors Wanted for Mobile Homes

We are looking for contractors or dedicated full time staff to assist rehab a mobile home community, along with other single and multi-family properties under our management. Pay starting at $15 - $18.00 hourly The scope of work includes: - Demo - Identifying sheetrock damage, followed by making repairs/replacements - Painting (Walls, Ceiling Trim) - Installing countertops - Installing new hardware (Doorknobs, outlet covers, Cabinet handles, Blinds, ect.) - Installing Appliances Other Miscellaneous items include: - Sheetrock repair - Troubleshooting Plumbing - Installation of light fixtures - Window Installation - Plumbing - Light Electrical (Light Fixtures) We are looking for Skilled Laborers/Crews with an attention to detail.
