Event Manager Game Craze is a market leader in planning and executing corporate events, company picnics, and back yard parties. Our company provides 100+ games and activities for adults and children at thousands of events. We have an immediate opening for an Event Manager. This is a part time, seasonal job where you would be responsible to ensure the success of the events you are assigned. You will work at a new location every day managing a team, setting up, and running events. This is a physically demanding position, you must be able bodied and have the ability to lift, push, and pull during event setup and take down. If you do not meet these requirements, we are hiring for event staff which is only requires the ability to stand for periods of time, click here to learn more --> About you: • Must be able to lead a team of 2+ • Able to follow detailed instructions to ensure safe setup and operation of equipment • Have a clean driving record (less than 3 points) and valid driver's license • Be able to pass a drug and background check • Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs • Be able to stand for long periods of time • Willing to work long hours, early morning, and late nights when needed No experience required. Online, in person, and on the job training provided. Responsibilities include: • Successfully executing events for our clients • Running a crew of 2-10 helpers • Working with clients to meet and exceed event needs • Driving a box truck or van with a trailer to the event location. CDL not required but is a plus • Ensuring a fun and safe event for all About us: • 10+ years in business, family owned and operated • We rent games and activities throughout Ohio • Inflatables include bounce houses, obstacle courses, and slides • Mechanical rides include rock walls, bungee trampolines, and mechanical bulls • Carnival games, concessions, and more! • Flexible schedule (weekends required May - October)
