Blues & Americana Vocalist/Keyboardist wants to start a band

Hello everyone. I'm a keyboardist and lead singer. My main genres are blues and southern soul. But recently, I've fallen in love also with the sounds of Americana and Pop. I'm very open minded and would like to learn some more material such as Sheryl Crowe (she's one of my favorites), Bruce Springsteen, Dr. John is another fave of mine. I'm a good lead vocalist. I know I can sing. I sing on key with good pitch and tone. I've been singing and playing music for a long time. And I'm looking for some musicians who are good and want to play and perform. I have a close friend who owns his own music production company. He records, does audio, video, studio recording, and hosts gigs and programs. We can begin with that. And/or hopefully you have links to the same. I'm not just trying to sing and play in our basement or rehearsal spot all the time. And if you're a beginner musician, then this won't be for you. I'm ready to be discovered. And not only perform, but possibly record and get signed. Looking for the following: Two keyboardists (keys and organ) Bass Lead guitarist Drummer (must be VERY solid) I can play keys until we get that situated, but we at least need the other musicians to get this off the ground. It would help if you also could sing background. Positive vibes only please. Let's make the music happen! I will leave the ad up and look for the responses.
