Seeking Bass for original project

Hello, I’m seeking an upright or electric bass player for an original project. The songs have a melancholy, country-ish, hippie, folk-rock vibe. Closer to Neil Young/ John Prine country than Merle Haggard. Soundcloud link below. I'm currently working on filling out the band. Already have Pedal Steel, Fiddle and Harmony singer on board. I write the songs, sing and play the acoustic guitar. The ideal bass player will be exceptional at playing the classic 1 and 5 country bass line, can lock in with the drummer, provide tonality to the kick drum, and provide a solid foundation for the rest of the band. Overall goals are to play local venues, backyard parties etc./ record a CD or two/ have fun. Weekly rehearsals (more or less as needed). Gigging frequency to be determined. I don't expect this project to be a huge money maker, so this is a labor of love mostly.
