We are an established & licensed swimming pool service & repair company looking for a full-time service technician to maintain 75+ pools per week (workload based on your ability and experience). Experience preferred but we are willing to train the right person. We're offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of working for company... We offer 2 weeks vacation during the weeks of Thanksgiving and Christmas. A work truck is available, if needed. We will provide and pay for training. We pay for all mileage or gas, equipment & chemicals needed to perform your job. Earning potential $50-70k year based on experience. General Responsibilities include: Skimming debris off top & bottom of pool, brushing walls & tile, testing chemistry, adding chemicals, & inspecting equipment each week. Documenting visit using Skimmer App on your smart phone. We offer extra pay for repairs & filter cleanings. Must have: • Valid driver’s license, proof of Insurance eligibility • Smart phone - Ability to lift 50 lbs and handle the heat of summer - Pass Background Check This type of work requires you to be dependable and consistent with your pool routes. There are set daily routes and customers have made arrangements for you to enter their communities or backyards on certain days. This is a great job for the self motivated, who likes to work alone, work hard and have a lot of freedom in their daily job. Pay is per pool cleaned (DOE avg $20+ per hour) + additional pay for filter cleanings and repairs. CALL or TEXT today!!
