Does your mom or grandmother need a quiet rescued lap cat?

Hi, I'm a long-time feline rescuer, and I have a very sweet, interesting 8 y/o cat named Chester, who needs a quiet, loving home. Chester has been rehomed a couple of times lately, so he's a little tired of it. I believe he was likely with someone who had him for a long time, then he was abruptly removed from that safe environment. Therefore, he's very quiet and a bit withdrawn. He's perfect, though, for an older lady who just wants a sweet lap cat. Chester really deserves that. He's dewormed and neutered, and ready to go to his forever home. He's also a large cat, but he won't eat you out of house and home. Sweet Chester rests most of the day. He does get along with other cats... he just kind of stays away from them and doesn't really develop relationships with them. I feel sorry for Chester, because I think he needs a more quiet household, and one person to focus his affection on. Please, can you help Chester?
