Santa Cruz Original Band, Arcane Lullaby, Seeking Bass Player Our band, Arcane Lullaby, is looking for a new bass player. The music is all original music written by the guitarist in the band and covers an eclectic mix of a wide range of genre including: Nouveau Blues, Punk, Reggae, Metal, Psychedelic Rock, Prog-pop-rock, Psy-Goth, R&B, Ballads, Avant garde, Celtic, Funk, and completely original music too. We are looking for a talented bass player preferably with previous experience being in a band, who likes the music we are making and wants to be part of the project, who can come up with their own bass lines for some songs and can play pre-written bass lines for a couple of songs, and who is interested in committing to being in a band and getting together 2-3 times per month at least for rehearsals and gigs. At the beginning we would like to meet with the new bass player more often to get our new bassist familiar with all of our songs. We are hoping to gig once per month but will need to rehearse with the new bassist enough first before we can play shows again. Please listen to samples of some of our songs below. This is not a paid position at this point. If we get good paying gigs eventually then we can split the money if a band fund is not agreed upon by all members. But this is not about money at all so if you are looking for a job, this is not for you.
