We are a specialty furniture company here in Chicago looking to add new people to our warehouse team -specifically to carefully move pieces of furniture around the warehouse.
Warehouse Assistant – Full Time / Part Time (Irving Park Neighborhood)
Job Responsibilities
• Support Warehouse Manager in all activities
• Keeping warehouse and workspaces clean
• Support Furniture Restoration Team by helping to move furniture
• Receiving, shipping, loading, storing, stocking products
• Focus on organization of inventory
• Deliver items as needed
• Perform simple services as needed (helping with putting together shelving, keep work areas clean etc)
Job Requirements
• High School Diploma, GED
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds
• Some experience in a warehouse environment a plus
• Entry Level Computer Skills
Compensation
• $15 - $18 per hour
