Bring your rent down!!! Drummer looking for a corner to leave my kit and minimalist recording rig set up in a secure room with responsible roommates. I am super low key and have a professional mindset. I am a free agent, working and recording with several Midwest area artists, not with any one specific band. I mostly produce and track drums. And I practice a lot on my own. I would only rarely need to use the space to rehearse with others, and their gear would never linger.
