Put a ceiling up for me

I have a kitchen that needs a ceiling. It isn't a huge kitchen. It can be a drop ceiling, as long as the panels are the nice looking ones that look like plaster panels, or it could be drywall, as long as it is trimmed out well to hide the ugly. I have been watching the videos on the Anderson's easy adjusting system and it looks pretty slick and easy, but I don't want to spend my day putting it up when I have other things to do. I would like it to be completed within a week. I'm looking for someone who has done this before. licensed and insured contractor? great! Subcontractor who has been putting up ceilings in office buildings all summer. ok. take a look and give me a quote. I can buy the materials at Lowes or Home Depot, so no need for out-of-pocket expenses or needing to float materials.
