Small black dog seen running on 16th in between Union and Pike

16th Street near Pike, Seattle WA

Description

Little black dog seen walking down 16th Street in between Pike and Union. Was going North, but turned back the other direction (seemed to be staying in that block). Dog had no color and was not neutered. Tried to intact with him but he was clearly very wary of people (not aggressive, but jumpy). He was very interested in my small dog, but whenever I reached my hand down to let him smell me or tried to talk to him he would quickly run away.
