We are unsure if Redley got spooked or if she decided to chase deer out of our fenced-in backyard, but she somehow escaped our yard during dinner and never returned home. That was incredibly unlike her, so we were immediately very concerned. We knew that the best way to find a lost pet is to have everyone nearby in the community be on the look-out for your beloved fur baby, so we went straight to PawMaw. Through the help from PawMaw, and our amazing community, some sightings of Redley started being reported. One-by-one they came in, and we were able to piece together the area that she stuck around. Finally, because of our postings, someone reached out when they saw her on their neighbor's Ring doorbell video. That's when we knew she was alive and healthy! We tracked down the house and put out our scented clothing and other items in an area on the property for her to find. When the owner of the property returned home, Redley was there laying out on our items, and she eventually followed the owner inside. He called us, and viola! After three days, we finally got our baby back! Thank you all so very much!"
