It's not like a tailor park. We are aiming at having lots of room for people to have a garden, firepit, patio and yard for their furry friend, if they want to. We are friendly but we value our alone time also. There will be only 4 renters on this acre. Room to stretch out! It's $350 a month for the space for your trailer or Tiny House.
