Rehoming 14 month old Border Collie mix. He is a good dog and doesn’t bark. He does have sensitive stomach and skin. I cannot afford the upkeep. Am asking a small rehoming fee because I want to be sure he goes to a family that can afford him yet it will be somewhat costly for his maintenance.
