Full Job Description must have basic knowledge from the following equipments. Weed trimmer for trimming and edging Blade edge stick edger Hedge trimmer Backpack blowers walk behind mowers zero trun (optional) hauling trailers (optional) This Job Is: Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED Have a valid drivers license and good driving record Be willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations Able to commute to and from work Can work on there own with little to no supervision Able to speak to clients, neighbors and bystanders respectfuly Can use common sense with there safety and others around them Can use common sense with preventing property damage Can identify the difference between weeds and plants Can determine different grass types and appropriate cut heights Pay Frequency: Weekly weekly bonuses applied to revenue produced by pay 4 performance program Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of residential lawn experience required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
