I found cell phone on the snow at the northway mall parking lot if you're missing your phone please call me tell me what would be on your screen who text you last or what your background looks like. It says emergency only for phone calls so I'm not sure if it's even a phone that's wanted by anybody. Just putting some feelers out there.
