This is Captain Higgins. I found this sweet boy roaming around my apartment building, left behind by previous tenants. I took him in with another cat that I've decided to keep but I cannot keep both due to conflicts. Though I wish I could, it took me three weeks to come to this conclusion that I need to re-home him. I hope that he finds a patient home, I could only provide so much. I can only be there for one, so reach out with a serious inquiry! I'd be happy to answer questions.
