HVAC and Carpentry Construction/Maintenance Technician Job Summary: We are seeking HVAC and Maintenance/Make Ready Technician to join our team at Modern World Construction. You will be required to successful complete work orders at multiple jobs sites as assigned on schedule. • Ensuring that projects as assigned are completed on task and to company standard of quality • Complete Work orders and all repairs in a timely fashion • Estimate appropriate time of completion for assigned jobs • Work with Project Manager and/or Leadership on all related and assigned Task • Perform routine maintenance task as assigned • HVAC or Perform Drywall, flooring, and other carpentry and construction related task as assigned • Clean work sites to ensure safety and at the end of completion of projects • Pick up related construction materials as needed for the completion of the project • Maintain proper business receipt and documents to be turned into the Project Manager or leadership as instructed • Maintain accurate documentation of timesheet as required in system • Effectively work multiple jobs sites as needed • Able to safely lift up to 100lbs • Complete other varies duties as assigned HVAC or Carpentry Construction/Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications: • Previous experience in construction field and HVAC or Carpentry and maintenance related fields • Minimum of one years' experience in construction • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently • Familiarity and experience with related maintenance tools and equipment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Precise attention to detail • Timely and dependable team worker • In-depth understanding of the construction industry • Self-motivated and able to follow detailed instructions and job plans as assigned • Follow multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules • Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations • Able to maintain customer relations to ensure continued business • Valid State Drivers License and reliable transportation • Licenses and Certification as required by State Law (if applicable)
