Found male dog

Description

Found near 2nd and Bradford, near Enterprise Car Rental. Tan, white, black, intact male dog with black leather collar with bones on it. About 1-2 years old. Very friendly. Neighborhood people have seen dog around for at least a week; one resident was putting out food for him. He was at one point dragging a leash.
