Property manager looking for HVAC experienced Help Have a unit where A/C fan won't stop running after thermostat is turned off. Also lines are freezing. Could be Freon low? Older unit, but taken care of. Please let me know if you can assist. Not looking to replace unit. Have a few jobs can refer. Also Licensed General B Contractor.
