Cats need loving home after family tragedy

Hello, I am hoping that someone that has a loving home would be able to take in one or two cats. Due to a tragic event, they will need to be rehomed. The timeline is unfortunately very short, as their family has been displaced and will not be able to recover for a while… My heart is breaking and I’m really hoping that someone will be able to provide a home for these kitties. I’m open to any suggestions as well. About the kitties: Little Mermaid (male) is 17. He is a calm, chill, old man cat. He is wonderful and would do good in any type of house. He has lived with both dogs and cats. He was previously indoor/outdoor but due to his age he has been indoor only for quite some time. He is fixed but not sure if he is utd on his shots. Maggie (female) is less than a year old. She was dumped on a farm and then rescued. She is a little fluffy ball of fun. She has zoomies, she loves playing, and she loves cuddles. She is fixed and has her shots. She has only lived with cats, but her personality would probably suit her for a household with any animals.
