Experienced handyman needed

I am looking to hire someone who has experience in all types of handyman repairs and services such as painting/drywall repair, carpentry, minor electrical, minor plumbing etc. must have your own transportation and basic tools. I need someone who is reliable, takes pride in their work but is also open to constructive feedback (I have been in the maintenance industry for over 20 years, I’m not perfect but if I tell you something was done incorrectly I need you to be able to correct it without conflict). This position is temporary to permanent if after the probationary period I feel you fit the position to carry on as a permanent employee. I am very easy to get along with as long as you are good at following directions and take pride in your work. The pay will ultimately be based on experience but since I cannot properly evaluate your skills or abilities without witnessing them first hand the starting hourly rate will be $15 per hour paid weekly and after the first 2 weeks I will adjust the rate according to the following criteria: Knowledge of the maintenance skills required Attention to detail/Quality of final work Ability to work independently without direct oversight needed Punctuality/reliability Just a little bit about me, like previously mentioned, I have been in the maintenance and repair industry for over 20 years, it’s what I know and what I love. I just recently within the past 2.5 years decided I wanted to pursue my own business venture in handyman services. I have hired multiple employees since I established but unfortunately none of them fit the bill so I have been running the entirety of my business by myself but I am too the point that I cannot keep up with all of the clients I have by myself so I am in need of a quality individual who will care as much about my business as I do, meaning the right person could end up being my first lead service person who will oversee other crews as the business grows. Right now I have so much work going even starting out as an entry level employee I will keep you busy and making money. I know this post has been long winded but I need to know that whoever I chose is willing to spend the proper amount of time in preparation for anything that may arise and to insure that quality requirements that my clientele expect are met.
