Bilingual Interviewers Needed (English/Tagalog/Filipino) – Short Term Work/Temporary Work We are seeking conversational Tagalog speaking interviewers for a Filipino research study. Must be friendly with superior interpersonal skills and high positive energy to conduct customer face-to-face surveys. Candidates must be comfortable in public, professional, and extremely effective in communicating to large groups of people. Your ability to persuade and obtain participation in our survey is essential. The position will require you to be inside a store and be comfortable being in front of people. This is NOT a remote position. Approach the job with high positive energy and administer surveys in a friendly manner. We do not sell anything. This is strictly research. Paid training will be provided. REQUIRED: Strong people skills Strong listening skills Able to multi-task and meet time sensitive deadlines Provide high level of professionalism and integrity Strong organizational skills Able to work independently Must have your own reliable transportation Must be at least 19 years of age Able to speak Tagalog (conversational OK) Hourly rate – $20 per hour Training day: Feb 16 & 17. Training will be 4 hours paid training - 4 hour shifts available. Must be available Thursday through Saturday (3 days over 4 weeks) - 8 hour shifts available. Must be available Thursday through Saturday (working 3 days over 4 weeks) Project Dates: - February 17-19 - February 24-26 - March 3-6 - March 10-12 This is a short-term project COVID-19 Precaution(s): • Face mask and face shields during interview process • Social distancing guidelines in place • Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place • This is NOT a remote position
