I am hoping to find someone who is trained in the Graston technique to help break up a lot of muscle adhesions and help promote healing. I’ve been reading up on Graston and think this treatment would work wonders on me. It’s been tough finding a professional who uses this practice, let alone trying to get in for an appointment. Areas of concern - shoulders/rhomboids, deltoids, neck, quads, calves. Any recommendations and referrals much appreciated!
