MARIETTA, GA — A man trying to cross I-75 on foot was hit and killed by a car over the weekend, according to Marietta police. The accident happened around 9:30 p.m. Friday at Delk Road, reported WSB. Early Townsend, 61, was hit by a 26-year-old driver. Police are investigating.
