I am looking to add another part time inspector to my team. I do mortgage inspections as well as Insurance inspections for several different companies. This WILL require a felony background to be able to work for me. Most of the orders we do involve going to an address, taking about 5 pictures, knocking on the door, and leaving a door flyer. The required pics are: Front of house Street Sign Address Street Scene Occupancy Indicator Pic of you knocking or ringing bell The purpose of these is simply to verify if someone occupies the house or not. If you are not comfortable knocking on someones door, this wont work for you. The pics are taken in an app, and then you answer a couple questions about each one and then hit send. There is a routing app to use so you dont backtrack and your route is the most efficient. Currently the volume is 20-30 a week, but can increase in volume if you perform well. They have due dates and the order HAS to be submitted on time to be paid for. Most come in with 3-5 days advance notice. If this is something you like doing, i have many other territories, and some pay more. The orders in Portsmouth and Chesapeake pay $4 each. Most people can go out a couple times a week to keep up. You can probably do 5-6 an hour when you first start and then prolly 8 after you are experienced. Pay for this work is weekly, takes about 10 days to get your first pay and then every Friday. There are always opportunities to do other runs in other areas. I have immediate openings
