Come join the Castaway Crew! We currently have an opening for Assistant Service Manager for our busy boat dealership. Must have experience driving a forklift and driving boats -Executes successful parts, boating accessories, warranty and return processes -Effectively communicates with customers & service team on a timely basis, keeping them proactively informed of the status of their order - Organize, Manage and track inventory turnover. -Promotes teamwork, and supports other team members, departments and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, delivery and subsequent servicing of the boat. Must be a team player. -Leads a positive and ethical work environment -Has a continuous learning mindset, develops and maintains a high-level of parts knowledge -Analyzes operations and finds ways to increase efficiency and profitability of the parts & service dept. -Computer Knowledge -Ability to Lift 10+ lbs infrequently -Seated, Stooping, Climbing Duties & Responsibilities -Builds and maintains positive customer and manufacturer relationships to strengthen customer loyalty, reduce order times and enhance dealer reputation -Resolves customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner and always looks for ways to better serve our customers -Maintains a clean, safe and environmentally friendly parts & shop operation -Experience moving boats with a forklift.
