Description

Emma Kingston will take you through a deep healing sound experience Sound Healing is an extremely powerful healing tool. Everything that we are and that is here in existence has a frequency. Every state of emotion or physical malady has a frequency. To be in harmony is a vibrational state of being in tune with yourself and your environment. To experience disharmony is a part of life and is incredibly important for many reasons. To stay in a state of disharmony for too long can lead to larger chronic issues mentally, emotionally and physically. This state of disharmony can also then lead to difficulties in manifesting your hearts desires. Take a moment to immerse yourself in a sound ocean. Wash away some of those discordant frequencies and rebalance into a state of harmony and resonance. In doing so you will allow your body to rest on a deep level creating a container for cellular regeneration to occur and healing and repair to happen at the deepest of levels. These group sound healings are an opportunity to be your most authentic self. To experience a feeling of being connected to others in a healing environment. If you have done private work with Emma then these sound opportunities will reinforce the work you are already doing. These will be small groups. We will follow Covid requirements. Once you sign up you will receive full and complete instructions for arriving, what to bring and do etc. No drop-ins please. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Heart of the Rose a NonProfit center for spiritual growth and community, promoting spiritual enlightenment, personal development, and deep healing, drawing upon many spiritual traditions and alternative healing methodologies. Please arrive to the sound healing about 10 min early so we can start on time. There are blankets there, and if you wish to bring anything that will make you comfortable please do so. You will be lying down for about 75min. Bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothes and leave yourself a little time at the end not to feel rushed to leave.
