First part of our 3 month wine class series. Part 1 explores the unique and historical grape varietals of Greece! We are proud to direct our focus to indigenous varieties over the next months. We will show you pours that are uncommonly seen in the international market, explain the importance of local varieties that are harder to sell and will use the word ‘typicity’ on multiple occasions. Our first class of 2022 will take us to a country that we have been meaning to feature for a while - GREECE! We finally found access to a great greek wine selection and couldn’t be more stoked to show you some ‘local wines’. One thing to understand about this picturesque place is, that it has an incredible diverse climate, therefore you can expect different approaches to winemaking, a good selection of grapes and big changes in the wine profile.
