Rehoming social 1 year old hunt terrier

Looking to rehome 1 year old full bred American hunt terrier. We got him recently and adore him and our other dog loves him. He is very kind and wants to say hi to everybody. The issue is we were not made aware of his very vocal whine when getting the attention of others. We can't really take him out without the over excitement. He can be trained, we just don't have the time to the extent that would be best for him. This issue is most definitely trainable but we are not able to at this time. Small rehoming fee, negotiable. He is intact and has first set of shots according to the previous owner. He likes children, dogs, and adults and is just looking for a home preferably with a yard or land. He also does well in vehicles ^.^ Sleeps in a kennel at night and is house broken but needs to be taken outside. He is very well behaved indoors. Likes to cuddle and  can be a couch potato.
