If there's a style that you can imagine uses a sax I have likely done it, toured with it, recorded it, written charts for it, and/or run a band like it. Top 40, Blues, R&B, Ska, Reggae, Hip Hop, Soul, Brass Band, Swing Band, Rockabilly, Jazz Combo, Did you listen to WRUV 1in 1993? I'm doing a research project on alternative and ambient music and I'm trying to locate Chris, last name unknown, a male student who was a WRUV DJ in 1993 for a radio show called "Tranquility Base". I enjoyed that show a lot and discovered some new music from it, and would like to not only let Chris know how much I enjoyed his show, but to see if he would be willing to provide some assistance in identifying a few pieces of music he played on air. Is there anyone able to point me in the right direction? Any help you can offer would be great..I am a drummer that has experience playing out and I am looking for a serious, committed band that has a eager to go all the way. I am mostly into any type of music related to rock (hard rock, alternative, progressive), some metal, and pop.
