Description
I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Montero Sport, and I am having an issue with the OBD not "COMMUNICATING" when I try to have it smoged. Im on my last 10 day moving permit. Ive sent the computer to be reprogrammed, and they said it was in working condition. Any ideas on wht it is?
