Barley is a two-year-old husky/German shepherd/lab mix. She is 60lbs. and is very people and treat motivated. She does not get along well with other dogs and would do best in a one dog home with adult people. We have one older dog in our home that Barley has become increasingly aggressive towards, and it is with a heavy heart that we’re looking to rehome. Barley is a very active and high energy dog and will need someone who can fit those needs. She is very smart, and trains quickly, and currently knows shake, sit, down, and look, she pulls on the leash a little, but has been leash trained once and just needs a refresher course. Barley can come off as a little shy or standoff-ish at first, but she just needs a little time to warm up. She loves cuddling up with pillows and blankets and enjoys bone chews the best. She also is a big fan of ice cubes. If you’re looking for an active companion, Barley might be the perfect fit for you! Small rehoming fee to ensure she goes to good home. My wife and I are happy to meet wherever (within reasonable distance) for the initial meet but, would ultimately want to deliver her to your home to ensure it is a safe environment for a dog.
