In this class with Director of Education Brittany Galbraith, you’ll learn about this northern Italian wine region and get to know some of the key producers — like Edi Kante, Vignai da Duline, and Dario Prinčič — by tasting their wines. You’ll become acquainted with the broad range of styles present in this small corner of Italy, from sturdy skin-contact whites to aromatic sparkling wines, and indulge in local food pairings, like the celebrated Prosciutto di San Daniele.
