Seeking a top sales professional to join our bondsmen team. Candidates must be energetic, adaptive, sales experienced, and goal oriented. Our sales executives are consistently engaging and listening to client needs, fostering trust, respect and rapport to build a solid clientele base. Bondsman are required to negotiate and complete bonding contracts in a timely manner. Build relationships with clientele and other legal officials. Our bondsmen are solid sales professionals that work with clients that call or walk in our office needing our services. We are dedicated to providing a 2nd chance to those that reach out to us. You will verify reasoning for incarceration, qualify co-signer(s), negotiate and execute bonding contracts. In order to build your clientele, you will build relationship with attorneys and adhere to all judicial procedures set before you. Once the contract is complete, you will need to travel in your own vehicle to local jails for additional paperwork. Additionally, you will need to ensure all paperwork post jail is complete. You will be required to maintain all records physically and electronically. You must be able to navigate multiple websites, a CRM system, as well as, Google and Apple office products. Other duties include, receiving and posting payments, file maintenance, assisting our internal FTA department and any other duties your manager sees fit. Your shifts will be 12 hours a day (6am-6pm) on a 4 day on, 4 day off rotation. This does include weekends and holidays. There may be an occasion where you will be required to work evenings. Notice will be given in such instance.
