Need help with my little dog

Hello all dog lovers out here. I have a little Shihtzu mix that needs medical attention and I can't sadly pay for his next visit. He went to Garland animal clinic today because he hasn't eaten for a few days. I thought it was depression and broken heart because he lost his sister dog Monday of Cancer. Today he was diagnosed with Pancreatitis. He had a blood panel done and got antibiotic injections and more. If he doesn't eat by Sunday he will have to stay there. And I won't be able to pay for anything else they do. Can anyone help me figure out how to help the little guy. Thank you for reading this long post..
