Oakholm Brewing Company has teamed up with Red Roof Catering to create a five-course pairing dinner, in our beautiful, historic taproom. Oakholm Brewing Company is hosting its first beer dinner. We are excited to share our small-batch craft beer and a glimpse into how it's made. The dinner will be served in the OBC Taproom, overlooking the 10 barrel brewhouse. We look forward to sharing this unforgettable experience with you. Come as strangers, leave as part of the farmily! Liz DeLuca has been the owner and operator of Red Roof Catering for the past 27 years. Liz was trained by her husband's Italian grandmother and has carried those recipes and skills into her current business. Liz is known by her customers for creating food made in the Old World Style from scratch. To start: welcome crudit`e with carrots, celery, hummus, and pita bread Beer: Tractor Bier Style: American Lager Course #1 Beer: Crooked Post Style: New England Style IPA Stuffed Mushrooms: stuffed with crab, onions, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, with a hint of curry and ginger. Course #2 Beer: Pole 63 Style: Pale Ale French Canadian Tourtiere: a mixture of ground pork and beef, and mashed potatoes seasoned to perfection. Course # 3 Beer: Scarlett Clover Style: Irish Red Ale Pork Tenderloin Braciole: tenderloin filled with a blend of parmesan and provolone cheese, seasoned, and topped with red sauce. Course #4 Beer: Wagon Wheel Helles Style: Helles Style Lager Chicken Marsala: boneless chicken topped with mushrooms and a marsala wine sauce.
