Join us on an exciting excursion into New Orleans jazz, festive Mardi Gras, and funky second line parades! This performance is at our *DERRY* location.The Hot Tamales jam at local Boston MA clubs, perform as a Mardi Gras band at theme parties and as a second line brass band for all types of parades. 6:30pm - Cocktail Hour in Vineyard Ballroom 7:30pm - Performance Begins in Vineyard Ballroom Full cash bar will be available before and during performance with wine, cocktails, beer and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase. We recommend having dinner at LaBelle's on-site restaurant Americus before the show. The Hot Tamale Brass Band plays Dixieland for people of all ages and has performed over 1500 pre-game shows for the Boston Red Sox since 1999. The Hot Tamale Brass Band traces its origins to tradition of the colorful Dixieland bands that used to hold forth during the late 19th and early 20th centuries in New Orleans. It was not unusual at Mardi Gras, weddings, fairs, conventions, patriotic celebrations and other special occasions to see a dozen or more brass bands, or a Dixieland band making the environs of the Crescent city resound with the sounds of New Orleans Jazz. Seating Information- This event has unassigned, open seating in our Vineyard Ballroom. Seating is theater-style in rows facing our raised platform stage.. - We recommend arriving at 6:30pm with your entire party if you have a strong preference for your seating location. - Face masks are optional and at your discretion while at LaBelle. No proof of vaccination and no negative test result is required. - All ages are welcome at this performance.
