Ladies Self-Defense Training Participants will learn real-life tactics and self-defense techniques to stay safe in social situations, parking lots, physical attacks, social media and more! I offer scheduled events in Child Abduction Prevention, Teen Safety, and Ladies Self-Defense in a Leesburg, VA facility.
