Econo is back! We are hitting the road and bringing education, cocktails, and community to markets all over the country. River City we are coming downstream with a day of education, tastings, and a pop-up with some of Louisville's finest. Join us at Expo Tuesday March 29th as roll along with our 2022 Econo tour. Our morning will kick off at 9am with a coffee pop up with our friends at Glitter Cat , followed by a day of classes with lunch provided. At 7pm we shift into high gear with our legendary Econo Pop-Up featuring some of the city's best bartenders, an interactive El Coco event with Bacardi, and more. Econo is a multi-city tour intended to bring educational programming directly to bar professionals across the US in a way that eliminates the high cost of travel while offering the highest level of career training alongside sparking conversation and leading training around the social issues that are troubling in our industry and our world. During the day, Econo offers these classes and by night, we welcome our guests to a celebration of their community through our pop-ups which both raise money for charity and help foster networks.
