Zen out with sound therapy and enjoy beers after class. Sound Bath at a Brewery Zen out and enjoy beers after class. EVERY MONDAY AT 6:30PM A Sound Bath is an experience in which you are guided into a meditative state with the use of gongs, singing bowls, and accessory instruments to bathe you in healing vibrational sounds. This is a chance at full self-care. All sessions are customized for the participating individuals and facilitated with your highest good at the center of it. $22 includes Sound Bath + 1 Beer after class
