A lovely Valentine's Day dinner surrounded with great food and company.
I remember my first pop-up dinner ever. It was on Valentine's Day weekend right after I ran the Austin Half Marathon (which happened to be my first, as well.) I fell in love with the idea of doing popups but life always got in the way between figuring out personal cheffing, and my previous job.
Now that I feel like I have established my ground, this has been a running thought in my mind for a while. Mahal Kita means I love you in Tagalog, which is my native language.
On this lovely night, I would like to share some Filipino classics in a fine dining setting and share my love and passion with you.
