Description

A lovely Valentine's Day dinner surrounded with great food and company. I remember my first pop-up dinner ever. It was on Valentine's Day weekend right after I ran the Austin Half Marathon (which happened to be my first, as well.) I fell in love with the idea of doing popups but life always got in the way between figuring out personal cheffing, and my previous job. Now that I feel like I have established my ground, this has been a running thought in my mind for a while. Mahal Kita means I love you in Tagalog, which is my native language. On this lovely night, I would like to share some Filipino classics in a fine dining setting and share my love and passion with you. ---- Please email me at [email protected] should you have any questions! ---- REFUND POLICY (per all my event contracts.) CANCELLATION Cancellations, whether COVID-19 related or not, must be received in writing or email no less than 7 days prior to the scheduled date for a 75% refund of deposit. 25% of the deposit will be held as non-refundable in order to compensate the chef’s loss of booking. If there is no notification of cancellation within 2 days, the day before, or the day of event, the deposit will be issued as a credit for a rescheduled event or nonrefundable if the event is not able to be rescheduled. By signing the Event Order Agreement, it is understood the client shall abide by the agreed upon terms and authorizes Eversoul Culinary, or Dan Castro to charge the full deposit accordingly.
