About the Show: Once upon a time, a girl named Jane was bored at home with no one to play with. She pulled out the game Candy Land, and accidentally falls into the game! Jane arrives in Candy Land and is greeted by Princess Frostine and Princess Lolly who introduce Jane to Queen Candy. While Jane is looking around the Castle, the evil Lady Licorice sneaks in and kidnaps the Queen! Jane tells the Princesses not to worry, all they have to do is follow the colored cards to find their Queen. The cards direct Jane to Jolly and his gumdrops, then to the peppermint forest where she meets Ms. Mint. Jane asks Ms. Mint to help her get through Candy Land and she agrees happily. Together they visit Plumpy, the keeper of the Plum Tree, and the Snazzy Grandma Nut with her Peanut Brittle and Gingerbread. While Jane is helping to save the Queen, Lady Licorice and her bats are plotting how to kidnap Jane and the Princesses. Meanwhile, Jane finds a short cut on the Rainbow trail that leads to Princess Lolly and her lollipops, and Princess Frostine and her Frosty Waves. Lady Licorice reappears and tempts the princesses with pieces of licorice, while they are distracted she kidnaps them and brings them to her licorice lair where she is keeping the Queen captive. Jane and Ms. Mint attempt to save their friends, Jane manages to escape thanks to Ms. Mint. She runs away and finds herself in Gloppy’s Chocolate swamp. Gloppy helps her hide in the swamp, but Lady Licorice soon finds her and just when she’s about to capture Jane, Gloppy steps in and captures Lady Licorice in her swamp. Jane and Gloppy are able to save their friends, and the Queen hosts a big celebration at the candy castle to thank Jane for her bravery!
