An Infusion of Yoga & Nature Celebrate Spring 2022 and head back to a favorite Hatha Hikes trail at Silver Lake Park in Highland, IL. This Hatha Hike will take place on Sunday 3/20/2022 from 12PM to 3PM at Silver Lake Park in Highland, IL. You will be guided through a beautiful 4-mile loop trail along the lakeshore. We will begin our hiking adventure with a 30-minute guided yoga practice & intention setting, and we will intersperse a few asanas, breathwork & a walking Spring Equinox mindfulness exercise during the hike to facilitate a connection between nature & YOU! *ALL are welcome at this event. No yoga or hiking experience is required! Only a yoga mat is needed. I suggest a yoga mat that is inexpensive and you don't mind getting dirty for an outside practice. Pets are welcome at this location, but must be on a leash and owners will need to pick up after their pet!
