We're opening shop once a month! Come stop by and visit the shop and check out the new merch and new art! What is Brewja Co? Brewja Co. is a place for those who are neither from there or here. We inspire people to reclaim their narrative, explore themselves outside of the status quo, and find pride in their identity. As the Brewja Fam Collective, we are looking to uplift folks of marginalized identities and respectfully, socially concious celebrations of culture. We host events that benefit and grow small businesses. All while having fun! What if Brewja was a place? A place for people who are neither from there or here. A place for those among us who defy labels and refuse to fit the mold. A place for those who look different, sound different, dress differently than what society prescribes. A place for many of us to express the many different things that bring us fire, bring us joy. A place to lose yourself and in doing so, becoming closer to finding yourself. A safe place. A place to belong. What if Brewja was a tribute? A reflection on those who came before us. And like us, they were many things but well-behaved. We honor the mythology of rituals that once thrived and now are lost. And the mystical practices they protected and reinvented. They fought for survival and their fight continues. What if Brewja was a rally cry? Our ancestors speak through us. And in doing so, help us find our voice. ‘Brewja’, you say, like it’s a bad thing? We say it like it’s badass, bold, and bougie. We survive by coming together here, to this place. Finding wonder in the things that make us ‘weird’. Speaking and sharing give us strength. We reclaim our story with conversations that dig deep, chisme that brings light, art that instills pride, and a hot cup of coffee.
